Assessment results are not professional diagnoses, guarantees, certifications, or comprehensive evaluations of a pastor, leader, church, or ministry.

Results should be considered as one source of insight and should be interpreted with prayer, wise counsel, appropriate church leadership, and consideration of the church’s particular circumstances.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content created by Titus 1:5 Ministry—including written materials, graphics, ministry resources, branding, and other original content—is owned by or licensed to Titus 1:5 Ministry and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Certain resources made available through Titus 1:5 Ministry may be developed, owned, or licensed by David Smith Ministry or other ministry partners.

In particular, assessment tools developed by David Smith Ministry—including assessment questions, frameworks, categories, scoring methodologies, reports, terminology, and related materials—remain the intellectual property of David Smith Ministry unless expressly stated otherwise. Making these resources available through Titus 1:5 Ministry does not transfer ownership of those materials to Titus 1:5 Ministry or to the user.

Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated, you may use resources provided through this website for your own personal ministry use or for appropriate internal use within your local church or ministry.

You may not, without prior written permission:

Charitable Contributions
